- Enhancing the quality of education through the acceleration of scholarly capacity among academic staff and students, realized through research-based learning, in order to produce highly qualified graduates who are competitive and responsive to the demands of the national and international labor markets

- Implementing community service activities by providing solutions to problems in the field of informatics, tailored to local and national community needs, as a means of disseminating research outcomes
